TransReview Note: Sadly we have none of these comics in our possession, so we are presenting you with this summary from Rob's Transformers Page.
Just as Dreamwave Productions secured the comic-book rights to the Transformers, Devil's Due acquired the rights to G.I. Joe. And when fan demand for franchise crossovers reached a crescendo, both companies responded with a partnership that resulted in multiple crossover titles between them...

What if the Transformers, living alien robots from another world, fell in to the hands of COBRA, a small, quickly growing organization bent on world domination? When COBRA launches their first attack on U.S. soil, armed with tanks, jets, and vehicles that transform into giant robots, it's too much for the regular armed forces to handle, and the elite covert team of G.I. Joe is formed to stop them! Their purpose: To defend freedom from COBRA, and put a stop to their army of destructive machines... or find a way to use the machines against them!

When Cobra Commander tries to use hyper-advanced Cybertronian teleportation technology for his terrorist activities, a malfunction of epic proportions occurs. The super computer that controls the teleportation gate scatters several Transformers into the time stream, marooning them at various points in Earth's history. If the time-tossed robots are not rescued, temporal feedback will unleash a firestorm that will rage throughout history, utterly destroying the planet. Meanwhile, on Cybertron, the evil Shockwave plots the ascension of the Decepticons!
